Said they would rush his order...purchased ring July 21, 2017 still no ring and waiting to hear back from manager. I am raking my receipt in today and asking for a total refund. I sent my granddaughter and her fiancé there to purchase their engagement/wedding rings. He had to call twice to ask for a billing statement!! Can you possibly get any more unprofessional?
