  Didnt have time to check stock of an item when i called ahead. From a company standpoint; you gotta value your customers time, even if your beyond busy. Poor customer service skills at the counter

  I usually go in and have good customer service, sometimes not so much, but for the most part good at most stores. This one in particular I had great customer service when I got my wii u. But I just called in and was hung up on and my question was completely tossed aside. Then I was hung up on again. I don't particularly remember the man's name, but it was a little rude.
