  Purchased a couch almost a year ago and have had nothing but problems with the cushions. They did replace the foam once but tried to tell me "may be sitting down wrong" - really??? During my 65+ years I have had several couches, so I don't think I am sitting down wrong. The manager talked to me like I was a kid with a new toy and how to use it! Now I don't get return phone calls. When I purchased this awful couch I was told they stand behind it 100% - wrong!

  Love this place! My parents always bought furniture from the original owner and I have bought all mine from here for the past thirty years. Excellent furniture made in the USA and I keep it for years until I'm ready for a change.
