  Terrible! Assistant manager lied by omission of details about a 90 day warranty. Come to find out warranty covered by 3rd party, no association with Sprint or Apple. I asked specifically if I had any issues with the phone, I could bring to Sprint dealer and exchange for another phone. I was told I could do this. Not true! You have to send your phone out to third party, takes up to 10 business days and you will need to do without a phone. They are great at sales but not long term customer relations.
