  Absolutely the rudest manager I ever encountered in any retail store. Purchased $200 for kids phones in a prepaid account and after being misled on the data usage and cost I decided it was cheaper to keep it on my post paid ATT account where I have 3 lines and been with ATT for over a decade. Called customer service and they did not believe the store manager refusal to do the right thing. ATT did refund me the $200 and also waived the $80 to bring the lines back to my post paid account a charge the store wanted to charge me. A total scam so I highly recommend using any alternatives to the store located at University Park Mall in Mishawaka, IN. Some people should NOT work in retail. Period. #lazymanager
